In this introduction to book arts, participants will come away equipped with a basic understanding of the tools required for bookbinding, and will learn how to bind books with a pamphlet stitch, Japanese Stab Stitch, and accordion or concertina bookforms. These soft-cover binding techniques are versatile and will lend your book projects a simple elegance. We’ll go over several different variations. All materials and supplies provided. Beginners welcome.
